In response to 2008 legislation, ENTIRELY NEW Child Support Worksheets have been developed for paternity and other cases where the parties are not necessarily mother and father. This change requires new State recertification of the Child Support Worksheets. In addition, 11 entirely new forms have been added.

The Washington Pattern Forms Committee recently changed 106 of the Mandatory Domestic Relations forms, as well as an entirely new Child Support Worksheet. ALL of the most commonly used forms have been changed such as The Summons, The Petition for Dissolution, the Findings of Fact, etc.
